What you get
- Free
- One video a day is free per visitor, on any effect. No sign-up and no watermark.
- With a pack
- Videos on any effect, made right away. Download each one as an MP4 with sound.
- How videos are used
- One video uses one credit, unless the effect page says otherwise. The credit is used only when the video is delivered: a video that fails or that the model turns down gives it back. Videos from each pack can be used for 12 months, oldest pack first.
- No account
- Your videos sit on a wallet code kept in your browser. Enter the code on any other device, or recover it with your receipt.
- Payment
- Card payment on Waffo's secure checkout. Waffo is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT and sends the receipt. We never see your card number. Prices are in US dollars and include any sales tax or VAT. By buying, you agree to the terms.
- Refunds
- Unused videos are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Refund policy
Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. A pack is a single payment. Nothing renews and you will not be charged again.
When is a video counted?
Only when it is delivered. If the video model turns your photo down, takes too long or fails, the credit goes back to your wallet by itself.
Can I use my videos on any effect?
Yes. A pack holds videos, not a particular effect. Use them on whichever effects you like.
Do I need an account?
No. After paying you get a wallet code. It holds your videos in this browser, and you can enter it on any other browser or device.
I lost my wallet code. Are my videos gone?
No. Open "Your videos" at the bottom of any page and recover the code with the email address you paid with and the order number from your receipt.
Who charges my card?
Waffo, our merchant of record. Waffo runs the checkout, takes the payment, handles sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Unused videos are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
