A hotel lobby AI video is a short clip in which people from ordinary photos perform a rap side by side in a small orange recording booth, taking turns at one microphone hanging between them, generated by an AI video model.
The trend comes from a 2022 live studio performance of "Hotel Lobby (Unc & Phew)", a song by Quavo and Takeoff: the two rap side by side in a small orange booth, with one microphone hanging between them. In September 2026 people began using AI to put themselves, their friends, pets and fictional characters into that orange booth, and the clips spread on TikTok and X.
This page makes that kind of clip with you in it. Add your photo and a friend’s, and the two of you take turns rapping at one hanging microphone in an orange booth; with one photo you get a solo performance. The faces come from your photos. The beat and the rap vocals are new, made by the video model with the clip: the original song is not used, and nobody from the original performance appears.
AI Effect Video is independent and is not connected to Quavo, Takeoff or the original performance. The video is made by MiniMax Hailuo H3, a video model we run through fal.ai. You do not need a prompt or a reference video.
Add a clear photo of yourself and, for the duo, a second photo of a friend who agreed. One photo makes a solo performance. JPEG, PNG or WebP, at least 400 pixels on the short side.
Agree to the photo rules and press the button. The model usually takes 15 to 60 seconds.
Play the 5-second performance with sound and download the MP4. A copy is also saved in your browser.
When you post a video made here, say that it was made with AI. TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube each have rules for labeling AI-generated videos. The photo rules say which photos you may upload.

Yes, that is the usual form. Add your photo, then your friend’s: you appear on the left and your friend on the right, taking turns at the microphone. Your friend must have agreed to take part.
No. The beat and the rap vocals are new, made by the video model with the clip. No existing song is added.
No. AI Effect Video is an independent tool and is not affiliated with them. The video shows only the people in your photos. Do not upload photos of the artists or other famous people.
No. The mouths move with the rap, but the words are generated and the timing is approximate. The clip is made for the look of the performance, not for exact lyrics.
Add one clear photo of yourself, and a second photo of a friend for the two-person version (with one photo you can also choose a pet), agree to the photo rules and press the button. The video model needs 15 to 60 seconds. Then play the 5-second clip and download the MP4. You do not write a prompt or install an app.
One video a day is free, with no sign-up. After that, 1 video is $4.99 and 5 videos are $14.99 ($3.00 a video), paid once. See pricing.
No. Packs are one-time payments and nothing renews. There is no account either: after paying you get a wallet code that holds your videos. Videos you buy can be used on any effect for 12 months.
Yes. One video a day is free for each visitor, without sign-up or watermark. If a free video cannot be made because of a problem on our side, the free try is given back.
Yes. Use one photo and choose "A pet" before you start; the effect then uses a version of the prompt written for animals. A clear photo with the whole head visible works best.
Usually 15 to 60 seconds, sometimes longer when the model is busy. Keep the page open; if you close it, the video still finishes and appears when you come back to this page in the same browser.
Your photo goes to fal.ai, which runs the video model. fal deletes the uploaded photo after about 1 hour and the finished video after about 7 days. We do not keep your photo or video on our servers, never show them publicly, and do not use them to train AI models. The finished video is saved in your browser so you can download it again (the last 10, for 30 days). See the privacy policy.
You are not charged. The video model runs its own safety check and may turn a photo down, for example one with nudity or violence. If that happens, or if the video cannot be made, the credit goes straight back to your wallet. A free video turned down by the model counts as your free video for that day.
Photos of anyone under 18, of celebrities or other public figures, of people who did not agree (including the person in a second photo), and photos with nudity or violence. Face swaps and fake footage are not allowed. Each photo must be at least 400 pixels on its short side. See the acceptable use policy.
